Shapes and Colors

A childhood
of police stops
body searches,
and
lonely bus rides.
Vilifying glances of
people crossing roads
stalker shopkeepers
and
doubting onlookers.
Fear cuffed eyes,
the look of no surprise.
Suspicion of
thievery,rape and murder
an innocence torn asunder
being dark toned was the blunder.
Walk on
there is nothing to be seen here.

The Sun

Love was in many places.
Flashes of brilliance when I closed my eyes.
She was the brightest of them all.
My eyes are open.

Spaces

Looking into your eyes to reach
You
Closing our eyes to feel
Us.

My Queen

Hold on to love
Don't hold her back
Catch her tears
Don't latch on to her fears
If she is beside you, don't frown
She is your queen
and her love is your crown.

Life

Mia bambina,
Life is a tragedy in wait.
More so if you can't live it.
So lets dance, sing, drink, eat and make love,
In the most beautiful of places.
Lets dance.
and remember
we lived.
For a moment.
in forever.
Lets dance.

Conversations

She's so far away.
Yet I whisper to her about my day.
Talk about tomorrow.
Lie about forever.

The choice

Sex is about love, lust and power.
Choose wisely.
You might fall in love
with the wrong one.
And love is blind.
